We do our best to honor requests for ASL Interpreters. We use only certified ASL interpreters who volunteer their time or are paid through 7th Tradition Contributions. Interpreters are scheduled based on availability but are not guaranteed.

AADI's goal is to accommodate all requests. However, resources are limited. You will be notified regarding resource availability at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.

Requests for an interpreter less than 48 hours before a scheduled meeting may not be able to be filled.

If you are unable to attend a meeting where you have requested an interpreter, please cancel at aadicoordinator@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance.

We are the AA Deaf Intergroup of Central Texas and we operate in accordance with AA’s Twelve Traditions and Twelve Concepts. We exist to aid AA groups in their common purpose of carrying the AA message to the alcoholic who still suffers by increasing accessibility to AA meetings for Deaf people in recovery.

When we are generous with the hat, we give a token that we are grateful for our blessings and evidence that we are eager to share what we have found with all who still suffer.
